Dr. Singhi, after completing MS and PhD from Florida Atlantic University, USA, started providing consultancy services in solar energy. He later joined New York based UGE Inc., a world leader in Distributed Renewable Energy, as a Business Development Manager. In 2012, he relocated to India as CEO & MD of UGE India to focus on company's Indian operations.

Later in, 2013, he founded Flin Energy with the goal of offering high quality and affordable renewable energy solutions across the globe. Today, Flin Energy has partners & customers in more than 4000 locations across the globe and expanding further.

Dr. Singhi is an internationally renowned scientist, an expert in Discrete Mathematics and Computer Science. He is recipient of many national & international awards including, Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Award, one of the highest award given by the Indian Government. He has been Senior Professor in TIFR, part of DAE of Govt. of India. From 1994-2008 he was founding chairman of PSI Pvt Ltd, a technology and internet solutions provider.

Ms. Gattani has completed her Master's in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She has worked as a sales & marketing development manager in several consumer electronics organizations, including Indian giants like Videocon and Onida. Her core competency is in the fields of marketing and business development. At Flin Energy, she primarily looks after business development for Indian market, marketing & operations.

Dr. Aggarwal is responsible for Flin Energy's direct and indirect sales efforts around the world to expand Flin Energy's global customer base and drive revenue for the company. She holds a Ph.D. from USA in Mathematics and worked at a financial firm in New York before joining Flin Energy. She is currently based in Washington DC and under her leadership Flin Energy is developing its international division.
